Frisky Mare Terms and Conditions

1. Season membership gains unlimited discussion through those months of choosing and paying for semen.  From point of joining, you have a 3 calendar month membership, plus option to upgrade to Annual at end of term.  Feedback is invited throughout the year.

2. Annual Membership gives access to stallion discussion for a full calendar year.

3. All fees are subject to VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated, and VAT will be calculated at check out.  

4. Payment is required in full before subscription service (discussion and suggestions) can commence.

5. CFH provides no product exchange or money back guarantee. Once payment has cleared the subscription cannot be refunded or exchanged.

6. “Unlimited discussion” means engagement with customers to understand their mare and their breeding requirements, follow up on all questions asked, participation in suggesting some stallions to consider with constructive reasons why, and opinion on steps involved in the breeding process.

7. Advice and suggestions given constitute opinion, and are offered impartially.

8. CFH uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information and advice provided by it is accurate. However, CFH cannot accept liability for any incorrect information. Customers are advised to verify the accuracy of all information themselves.

9. CFH reserves the right not to comment on individual vets or vet practices success rates.

10. Neither Frisky mare nor CFH are affiliated with any stud or stallion owner, or veterinary practice, or semen agent.  Advice is independent and constitutes opinion.  This service does not intend to tell a customer what stallion to use, but to be constructive in helping a customer reach a decision.

11. CFH is not liable under any circumstances for any loss or costs incurred where CFH stallion suggestions are subsequently engaged.  Mare owners are advised to contact appropriate stud or semen agent relating to their final choice of stallion, to verify terms on that stallion, before purchasing semen.

12. CFH is in no way endorsing or recommending any third party referred to in conversation or by email, and is not responsible or liable for any third party's actions.

13. Customers are advised to verify Warmblood Fragile Foal Syndrome (WFFS) status of their short-listed choices, in an effort to help them decide what stallion to use.  CFH cannot be held responsible for providing this information and cannot be held responsible if the customer orders semen from a stallion who is later tested or revealed to have tested positive for the WFFS mutation.
